How long does shipping take?
US warehouse items arrive in 3–7 business days after processing. International warehouse items arrive in 8–15 business days after processing. The exact window per product is shown on the product page above the stock indicator + at checkout.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Damaged or defective items get full refund or replacement, your choice. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days as long as the item is unused; return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes on delivery, which are the customer's responsibility per the destination country's regulations.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout (just below the order summary). The discount applies to your subtotal before shipping and tax. Code WELCOME10 gives first-time customers 10% off; subscribe to the newsletter to receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Where's my order?
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you when the order leaves our warehouse. You can also track from your account page. If 5 business days have passed beyond the upper end of the shipping window with no movement, email us and we'll file a trace with the carrier.
