Shipping Policy

Hot Deals and Trendy Steals ships worldwide. Most of our products ship from international warehouses to keep prices low; some popular items ship from US warehouses for faster delivery. The shipping window for each item is shown at checkout based on the item's origin warehouse.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed Friday after 12 PM PT, Saturday, Sunday, or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

US warehouse: 3–7 business days after processing.
International warehouse: 8–15 business days after processing.
Express upgrade (where offered): 5–10 business days after processing.

Total delivery time = processing + shipping window. International origin items may take longer during peak holiday seasons (mid-November through mid-January).

Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen speed. We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $35.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you when the order leaves our warehouse. You can also track from your account page.

Delays & Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived 5 business days past the upper end of the shipping window, email HotDealsandTrendySteals@adairlabs.com with your order number. We'll file a trace with the carrier and either send a replacement or refund within 3 business days of confirming the package is lost.

Customs, Duties, Taxes

For international orders outside the US, customs duties or import taxes may be charged on delivery by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the price you pay at checkout.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We can update an address only if the order has not yet entered fulfillment (typically within 2 hours of placement). After fulfillment, address changes are not possible and the order will ship to the address you entered.
